You can request a refund within 30 days of receiving your order. To qualify, the item must be unused and in its original condition. Items that are damaged due to misuse are not eligible.

Return Process

Damaged or Defective Items

Refund Approval and Timeframe

Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled only if they have not been shipped. Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled and must go through the return process.
